Spaces is a great place for you, and your team as well as cross-functional squads, to access and contribute to shared transcriptions. It allows everyone to be on the same page and share their transcriptions with ease.
Working with Spaces
Spaces allow you to organize your team by creating dedicated place to the needs of specific squads. You can choose where transcriptions should be added by including the relevant stakeholders or team members. These spaces can be structured based on teams, interview stages, or any other framework that aligns with your workflow.
To create a space, click.
From there, you can add team members and determine who has access to the space.
Note📝 : Once you have created a Space, you can also start using them in your workflow.
Manage access to a space
Once you've decided on the space, ensure the right people have the right access to the space and the transcription within. The creator of the space can control who has access to the space and the transcriptions using the Can add meeting / Can Manage settings
