Don’t let your meeting insights go unnoticed! In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to share your AI summaries effectively with our workflow, whether it’s with your team or stakeholders outside your organization. It’s all about keeping everyone on the same page and turning ideas into action.

Share in Space

After reviewing and making any necessary adjustments to the AI summaries, you can share them with your team by connecting your workflow to a space. This allows you to highlight key details about the candidate that your team can focus on and explore further.

Share to integrations

Stay connected with your team wherever they are. Whether you’re sharing updates with external stakeholders or keeping everyone informed, you can automatically share information through integrations like Slack, Notion, or Linear.

Share your workflow with your teammates

Whenever your teammates have created a workflow, their workflow will be shared with the entire team. This ensures the consistency of the summaries, and allows everyone in the team to follow the same structure or standard when summarizing key points or taking notes.

This feature is particularly useful for maintaining alignment across teams, ensuring that all members have access to the same tools and processes for collaboration.
