Accurate records are essential for interviews and recruitment. By integrating Tactiq with Workable, you can automatically sync meeting transcripts with candidate profiles, streamlining documentation and keeping all hiring information in one place.
For example, Tactiq sends the transcript directly to a candidate’s Workable profile after an interview, making it easier to review and share during hiring decisions.
Setting up Workable as an integration in Tactiq
Go to your Tactiq dashboard and select
My Workflows
. Create a new workflow or edit an existing one.
In the workflow builder, click the
+
sign, add a new step, and selectShare to an Integration
as the step type.
From the list of integrations, choose
Workable
.
Getting your Workable API access token
Log into Workable, go to
Settings
, and selectIntegrations
from the left sidebar.
Under
Apps
, scroll down toAPI Access Tokens
and clickGenerate API Token
.
Provide a name, set an expiration date, and select the required API scopes, then click
Generate Token
.
Copy the token for use in Tactiq.
Finding your Workable subdomain
In Workable, navigate to
Company Profile
underCompany
settings.
Locate and copy your subdomain.
Connecting Workable to Tactiq
Return to Tactiq, paste your
API token
andSubdomain
into the designated fields.
Click
Allow Access
to complete the connection.

Ensure your API token and subdomain are accurate to avoid connection issues.
Keep your API token secure and note its expiration date.
