Tactiq integration for Notion

The integration between Tactiq and Notion allows you to organize your meeting transcripts alongside other important documents and notes in your Notion workspace. This makes it easy to keep everything in one place for better collaboration and productivity.

This article will guide you through the process of setting up the integration so you can start managing your transcripts directly in Notion.

How to connect Tactiq to Notion

  • Open the Integrations page in Tactiq and look for Notion in the Other section. You can also find the page in the sidebar under Account & Settings → Integrations.

  • Click the Connect button under Notion, and on the next screen, click Connect with Notion.

  • Under the Tactiq is requesting access to your Notion workspace page. Click Select Pages and choose the Notion pages you want Tactiq to access.

  • After selecting the pages, click Allow Access to authorize the connection. Tactiq will process the authorization and redirect you to the Tactiq - Notion Integration page.

This section shows the area where you can select the Notion pages that Tactiq has access to for the Notion-Tactiq integration.

  • If you're logged into Notion, it will automatically detect your Notion page. If not, log in and select the page you'd like to use. Make sure to select a parent page—your new page will be created as its child.

  • To use another Notion account, click the Notion page name in the top right and select Add another account.

The page displays the option to log in and select a Notion page for integration. There is also an option to add another account if needed for connecting Notion with Tactiq.

Managing the integration

  • From the Tactiq-Notion integration page, you’ll see options to Open Notion or Disconnect the integration.

  • Clicking Open Notion takes you to your Notion workspace and choosing Disconnect will remove the integration and unlink Tactiq from Notion.
