How to use Tactiq Workflows with Notion

Tactiq Workflows lets you automate processes, like sharing meeting transcripts and details, directly to Notion. With this integration, you can organize your data in Notion for better collaboration.

Connecting Notion to Tactiq

Use Tactiq Workflows with Notion

  • Go to the Tactiq dashboard and navigate to My Workflows. Create a new workflow or edit an existing one to include Notion.

  • Add a step to the workflow by selecting Share to an integration from the list of actions. From the drop-down menu, select Notion.

Configuring the Notion workflow

  • You’ll see a Database drop-down menu in the workflow step. Select a database, such as Docs or Meetings:

    • Docs: Configure variables for page content, title, and tags.

    • Meetings: Set up variables for page content, name, attendees, event time, and type.

  • After configuring the details, click Save then Run, and choose your meeting from the list.
