Tactiq Workflows lets you automate processes, like sharing meeting transcripts and details, directly to Notion. With this integration, you can organize your data in Notion for better collaboration.

Use Tactiq Workflows with Notion
Go to the Tactiq dashboard and navigate to
My Workflows. Create a new workflow or edit an existing one to include Notion.
Add a step to the workflow by selecting
Share to an integrationfrom the list of actions. From the drop-down menu, selectNotion.
Configuring the Notion workflow
Select the database where you want to keep your meeting transcripts and other details.
Add content using
Variables & Examples.Page Content– If you’ve added a previous step that generates a summary and action items, selectOutput from Previous Stepsto insert them here. You can also add other details as needed.
Date– SelectMeeting End Time in ISO formatto ensure the correct date is captured in Notion.
Name– Assign theMeeting Titleor any relevant details fromVariables & Examples.
Click
Save, thenRunto execute the workflow. You can also find it in the Workflow list and run it from there later.
