Managing your workflows in Tactiq is important for keeping your processes organized and up to date. Whether you need to adjust an existing workflow or remove one you no longer use, the Tactiq dashboard allows you to easily edit or delete workflows as needed.
This guide will walk you through how to make changes to your workflows and when these options might be useful.
Editing a workflow
If you're frequently updating processes for different teams, you may need to edit a workflow that has become outdated. You might want to adjust steps to match new team goals, update prompts, or rename them for better organization. Editing allows you to refine workflows without starting over.
Go to the Tactiq dashboard and go to
My Workflows
. You’ll see a list of your workflows.
Filter | Description |
Shows all workflows.
Displays workflows shared with your team.
Lists workflows created by you.
Shows Tactiq workflows you’ve used.
Once you've located the workflow you want to edit, click on its name. This will open the workflow for editing. You can now make changes, such as adding or modifying steps or renaming the workflow.
Click
Save
to apply your changes.
Deleting a workflow
If you've created a temporary workflow for a one-time project or meeting, you can delete it once it’s no longer relevant. This helps keep your workflow list streamlined and prevents confusion in the future when looking for active workflows.
In the
My Workflows
section, find the workflow you want to delete then click the three dots and selectDelete
.
Click
Delete
to confirm on the prompt message:Delete workflow: Are you sure you want to delete this workflow?
