Tactiq allows you to automate your meeting tasks using AI prompts. Use this when you want to save time on manual transcription reviews and let AI generate results for you—either by using pre-built prompts or creating your own.
Follow these steps to set up AI prompts in your workflow.
Access your workflows
Go to the Tactiq dashboard, click My workflows
, and choose +New workflow
or select an existing workflow to edit.
Add AI prompts
In the workflow builder, click the
+
button to add a step.
Select
AI: Use a quick prompt
to choose from pre-made prompts or meeting kits.
You can also select
AI: Write your own prompt
to create a custom prompt.
You can select to
Save the result to the meeting
orInclude the entire transcript in the context
.
Save or run your workflow
After adding your prompts, click Save
to save the workflow or Run
to apply it to a meeting.
