Part 1: Setting up AI quick Prompts or Custom AI prompts
We start our Tactiq building journey with the first step of the automation process: the AI section. This section is designed to efficiently summarize transcriptions, making it easier to capture key insights of the candidates.
In this example, I'm using the different type of AI right after another, but you can pick either one or another depending on your needs.

Analyze the interview transcript to summarize the candidate's responses during the behavioral interview and evaluate their fit for the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at InnovateTech. Your summary should include the following aspects: Professional Background and Experience: Provide an overview of the candidate's relevant work experience. Highlight specific projects or accomplishments mentioned by the candidate. Skills and Competencies: Summarize the key skills the candidate possesses that are relevant to the role. Based on the above criteria, provide a comprehensive evaluation of whether the candidate is a strong fit for the Senior Customer Success Manager position at InnovateTech.For each key point or topic discussed, include a corresponding timestamp from the transcript to cite when that moment was addressed. This citation should be formatted as [mm:ss], indicating the exact minute and second where the related discussion can be found.
