How to use Tactiq Workflows with Linear

Integrating Tactiq with Linear enables you to streamline the process of adding meeting insights and action items directly to your project management workflow.

This article will guide you through adding Linear as a step in your Tactiq Workflow to automate this process.

Steps to use Tactiq Workflows with Linear

  • Go to the Tactiq dashboard and navigate to My Workflows then create a new workflow or edit an existing one to include Linear.

  • Add a step to the workflow by selecting Share to an integration from the list of actions and the integration options, select Linear.

Connecting Linear

  • If Linear is not connected, you’ll be prompted to connect it. Click Allow Access to proceed and be directed to a page that says Tactiq is requesting access to your Linear workspace.

  • Grant the necessary permissions by clicking Authorize Tactiq. Once authorized, you’ll be directed to a page where you can select your Linear team.

Configuring the Linear workflow

  • From the Team drop-down menu, select the team in Linear where you want the information to be shared then configure additional details like the title and variables for the content.

  • Select your meeting from the list to populate the workflow with the relevant data.

  • Once the details are configured, review and confirm the workflow then check your Linear workspace to ensure the information has been shared correctly.
