Overview
Previously, we created a one-on-one meeting workflow designed for individuals who manage up to their manager or collaborate with colleagues.
In this workflow, we'll build on that foundation and adapt it specifically for managers who need a workflow that runs for multiple reports.
Introducing Condition
We're adding a new step called Condition to help streamline your workflows. This step filters actions within a workflow, ensuring that the AI summary is sent to the right person after a meeting.
This way, you don’t need to create separate workflows for different individuals.
Adding Condition
In the previous workflow, remove the branch that connects the Review step to Share to an Integration. Instead, add a new Condition step, then reconnect Share to an Integration to the Condition step.
Click Variables and Examples
to replace {{step2.output}}
with the Check for a Participant
field. Here, you can update the email address to match the individuals you have a meeting with.
Once you've made these changes, let's add another Condition step. This time, we'll place it under the previous Condition step, specifically under If no +.
Replace the email address and connect it to Share to an Integration—just like before. If you’re managing more than three people, simply repeat this step for each additional person.
Once you're ready, run the workflow by selecting the meeting transcription
