Overview

If you use Google Drive to organize your meeting notes, this workflow can save you tons of time.

With Tactiq, you can automatically send AI-generated summaries and full transcripts to a specific folder—perfect for sales teams, project managers, or anyone who needs organized records without the extra work.

Let’s walk through how to set this up.

Creating the Workflow

  • Go to Tactiq Workflows and click + New Workflow.

  • Select Start with a blank workflow to open the workflow canvas.

Set the trigger and filters

  • Change the trigger to Automatic.

  • Set the Trigger Type to Meeting processed so the workflow runs after the meeting ends.

  • Add a condition like: Meeting TitlecontainsSales Meeting or Weekly Sync

💡 Note: You can also filter by:

  • Participant Email

  • Participant Name

This helps narrow the workflow to specific meeting participants when needed.

Add an AI summary step

Click the + button and choose AI: Use a quick prompt or select a custom prompt you’ve created.

  • Click + again and select Share to an Integration.

  • Choose Google Drive from the list and pick the folder where you want to save the output.

Customize the file

In the Google Drive node:

  • Click the File Name field

  • Open Variables and Examples to customize the name with options like the meeting title, date, or participant names

To choose what goes inside the file:

  • Use step1.output to include the AI-generated summary

  • Use {{transcript}} to include the full meeting transcript

You can include either one—or both—depending on what’s most useful for your workflow.

Save and test

Once you’ve set everything up, click Save to activate the workflow. Then select a past meeting and click Run to test it.

You’re all set!

Now your meeting notes will automatically land in your selected Google Drive folder. No need to copy, paste, or manually organize anything.

Want to keep your whole team in sync? Click the clip icon on the workflow canvas to share the setup link with your teammates—so everyone can centralize where their meeting notes live.
