If a team member no longer requires access to the features of a team plan, you can downgrade their account to a free plan. This allows them to continue using Tactiq without team plan features while maintaining their account. This is useful when:

  • A team member no longer needs premium features i.e. member transitions to a different role that doesn't require team plan benefits

  • The team is reducing the number of paid seats

How to downgrade a team member to a free plan

  • Go to the Tactiq Dashboard, then navigate to Account & Settings. Select Team to view the list of team members.

  • Find the member you want to downgrade and check the Plan column to confirm they have a team plan. Click the three dots next to their name and select Downgrade to Free then confirm the downgrade.

On the rightmost column, there are three vertical dots representing a menu icon. When clicked, a dropdown menu appears with an option to downgrade the member to a free plan.

What happens when a team member is downgraded?

Their account remains active, and they retain their previous transcripts. They can continue using Tactiq with the limitations of a free plan.

Should they decide to upgrade to a Team Plan or Pro Plan, they can do so by visiting the Tactiq Pricing page.
