Add people to your Tactiq team so you can collaborate in Spaces, and manage everyone’s plan and billing from one place.
There are two ways to add people to your team: invite them by email, or share your team’s invite link.
Invite people by email
Go to your Tactiq dashboard.
Click Invite teammates in the sidebar, under your team name. You can also go to Team Members and click Invite members.
Under Invite by email, enter an email address and click Add. Repeat for each person, or paste a list separated by spaces or commas.
Click Send invites.
Share your team invite link
Use the link when it’s easier to drop an invite into Slack or Microsoft Teams than to type out addresses.
Open the invite dialog from Invite teammates or Invite members.
Under Share your link, click Copy.
Paste the link wherever your team will see it.
Manage pending invitations
People who haven’t signed up yet show as Pending on your Team Members page. You can either:
Resend Invite: send the invitation email again.
Remove invitation: cancel the invitation.

Each Tactiq account can belong to only one team. If you add an email that’s already on another team, that address is flagged in the invite dialog and the invitation won’t go through. Ask them to leave their current team first — see How to leave your current team.

Yes, by default. A team admin can turn on Restrict Non-Admin Invitations in Team Settings to limit inviting to admins only. When that’s on, everyone else sees “Only admins can invite to the team” in place of the invite options. See Restricting invitations to the team for non admins.

No. Invited members join on the Free plan at no cost. You’re only charged when you assign someone a paid seat.
Can I choose someone’s role when I invite them?
Can I choose someone’s role when I invite them?
No. Everyone joins as a regular member, and you change roles afterwards from the Team Members page.
