Reducing team seats allows you to adjust your subscription when you no longer need as many team members to have access to the Team plan.
For example, if a team member leaves or no longer requires the premium features, you can reduce the number of seats to match your needs.
Follow these steps to reduce the number of seats in your Tactiq Team plan:

Go to your Tactiq dashboard and open
Account & Settings
, then clickBilling
.
Click
Change Team Size
underPlan Details
then adjust the number of seats in the dropdown menu to the desired amount.
Click
Reduce Seats
and confirm your changes.
The seat reduction will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Note:
You can only reduce the number of seats to the number of currently assigned Team members. For example, if you have 5 seats but only 3 are assigned, you can reduce the number of seats to 3.
