Want your meeting notes to show up automatically for your team? If you're on Tactiq’s Team plan, you can automatically share your meeting transcripts with teammates by sending them to a shared space.
This setting helps your team stay aligned without needing to manually copy or share meeting notes. It’s perfect for shared projects, client folders, or department updates.
Enable automatic sharing of transcripts
To turn on the auto-share feature:
Go to your
Settings
page in Tactiq and click theGeneral
tab.Find the option labeled
Share all your future transcripts with meeting participants
.
Use the dropdown menu to select how you'd like to share (e.g.,
Automatically share with meeting participants
), and make sure you’ve selected or created aspace
where transcripts will be saved.
💡 Note: Each team member needs to enable this setting individually. Auto-sharing won’t apply to everyone in the workspace unless they turn it on themselves. Learn how to create and use spaces in this article.
What happens when sharing is enabled?
Once auto-sharing is turned on:
Your
meeting transcript
will be saved to the selected space.
Other members of the space will be able to view the transcript automatically.
Sharing happens only for future meetings—past meetings won't be shared retroactively.
