You can use Tactiq workflows to automatically send meeting transcripts, summaries, or AI-generated insights to a Space for your team to view and collaborate on.
This helps you keep everything organized without needing to manually share after every meeting.
How to set up automatic sharing to a Space
To automatically share meeting content in a Space, create a workflow that includes the Save to a Space action.
Go to
Workflowsin your Tactiq dashboard and selectCreate workflow.
Choose a trigger (
AutomaticorManual) depending on when you want the workflow to run.
Add any conditions you need, such as
Meeting title containsorParticipant name is.
Click
then select Save to a Space.
Choose an existing Space or create a new one.
Click
Save.
Once set up, Tactiq will automatically save the transcript, summary, or selected AI result to the chosen Space each time the workflow runs.
