How to automatically share or collaborate in a Space using a workflow

You can use Tactiq workflows to automatically send meeting transcripts, summaries, or AI-generated insights to a Space for your team to view and collaborate on.

This helps you keep everything organized without needing to manually share after every meeting.

How to set up automatic sharing to a Space

To automatically share meeting content in a Space, create a workflow that includes the Save to a Space action.

  • Go to Workflows in your Tactiq dashboard and select Create workflow.

  • Choose a trigger (Automatic or Manual) depending on when you want the workflow to run.

  • Add any conditions you need, such as Meeting title contains or Participant name is.

  • Click then select Save to a Space.

  • Choose an existing Space or create a new one.

  • Click Save.

Once set up, Tactiq will automatically save the transcript, summary, or selected AI result to the chosen Space each time the workflow runs.
