When you manage meetings in multiple languages, sharing the right follow-up in the right language can be tricky. This workflow automatically detects your meeting’s language label and sends an AI-generated follow-up email in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. No need to build separate workflows.
By combining labels, AI Quick Prompts, and email steps, you can automate multilingual communication while keeping every message accurate and on-brand.
How it works
The workflow checks which label is applied to the meeting (English, Spanish, or Portuguese), runs an AI Quick Prompt in the correct language, and emails participants with that version of the summary and action items.
All branches run from a single trigger, so everything happens automatically once your transcript is processed.
