Tactiq automatically pulls the meeting name from your Google Calendar when your calendar is connected. This saves you from manually renaming each transcript after the meeting.
Connect Tactiq to Google Calendar
To allow Tactiq to use your meeting titles and participant details, connect your Google Calendar to Tactiq.
Go to
Account & Settings→Integrations→Google Calendar.
Click
Connectand sign in with your Google account.

📌 Note: If Tactiq isn’t connected to your calendar, your meeting transcripts will appear with a default name like Meeting transcription + date.

I want to remove Tactiq transcript links in my calendar events. How can I do it?
Go to Integrations → Google Calendar → "Append Tactiq transcript links to your calendar events" → turn it off. With that off, the link won't appear anymore.
Any meetings created after turning that option off will no longer contain the transcript link.

How to delete the transcript links from existing meetings especially recurring ones?
If Tactiq appears in the description of an existing or recurring calendar meeting, you can remove it from the entire series at once.
Open the calendar event.
In the event description, delete the Tactiq line or Tactiq link.
Click Save.
When prompted (for recurring meetings), choose All events.
This will remove the Tactiq line from the entire recurring event series, so you do not need to update each event one by one.
