Sometimes domain administrators have Chrome Web Store disabled. In such case, you will get a message like this when trying to go to Chrome Web Store (e.g. by clicking on Getting Started button at

"We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service. Contact your organization administrator to request access."

To resolve this, somebody in your Google Workspace organisation with enough user rights needs to go to the Admin Console (, search for "Chrome Web Store":

and make sure it is "ON":

Change in settings is not always immediate, so you may need to wait before trying again.
