If you see the message "We are sorry, but you do not have access to this service"
when trying to install Tactiq, it’s likely that your domain administrator has restricted access to the Chrome Web Store.
This message may appear if you try to access the Chrome Web Store, such as by clicking the Getting Started button on Tactiq’s website.
To resolve this issue:
Ask a Google Workspace administrator in your organization to sign in to the Admin Console.
In the Admin Console, search for
Chrome Web Store
and verify that access is set toON
.
Note: Changes in settings may take some time to apply. After updating, wait a few minutes before trying to install Tactiq again.
