If you use Tactiq with different Google accounts (like work and personal), this article shows you how to make it work smoothly in your browser.
By signing in to Tactiq with just one Google account in each browser profile, you can ensure that all meeting transcripts are saved to the correct account.
Confirm the email you're signed into Tactiq with
If you’re not sure which Google account you’re currently signed in to on Tactiq, check the bottom-left corner, where your active email address is displayed.
Switching accounts in Tactiq
To sign in with a different Google account:
First, confirm the current email as outlined above then if you need to switch, click on your avatar or name in the bottom-left corner.
Select
Sign outand you’ll be taken to the login page. Sign in with the new account you want to use. Tactiq will automatically sync this account with your extension.
Using multiple Google accounts on different browsers
Keep in mind that Tactiq saves transcripts to the account in each specific browser profile.
If you want Tactiq to use a different Google account on another profile or computer, sign in to Tactiq again on each new browser profile or device.
