Why I only see the Team Plan options instead of Pro?
If you are looking to upgrade to the Pro plan but only see Team plan options on your billing page, it is likely because your account is currently part of a "Team" in Tactiq. Because the Pro plan is strictly for individual users, our system won't show it as an option while you are in a Team workspace (even if you are the only person on that team!).
How to fix this: To see the Pro plan again, you just need to leave your current team:
Go to your Team Settings.
Click the three dots (ellipsis) next to the team name or your profile.
Select Leave Team.
Once you've left, return to the Billing Page and the Pro plan will be available for you to select.

Why is checkout showing USD even though localized pricing is available in my country?
Localized pricing is available in supported countries when using the pay by card method with a supported credit or debit card.
PayPal payments do not support localized currency pricing, so checkout will display prices in USD when paying through Paypal.
You’ll always see the final price and currency before completing your payment.
