Using a workflow template saves you time and effort. Instead of building from scratch, templates provide preset steps you can adjust. For example, you can edit the quick prompt or select a specific step to suit your needs.

Templates are helpful if you regularly use similar workflows, allowing you to streamline the process and focus on fine-tuning rather than starting from zero.

Creating a workflow from a template

To save time, you can create a workflow using a pre-made template instead of starting from scratch. Here's how:

  • Go to the Tactiq dashboard and select My Workflows then click +New workflow.

  • Under Workflow Templates, select a template from the options and choose the template that best fits your needs from the available options.

  • Click Duplicate.

You'll be directed to the workflow builder page, where you can:

  • Rename your workflow in the upper right corner.

  • Edit or add steps as necessary to fit your specific workflow requirements.
