Creating workflows from your meetings is a practical way to automate repetitive tasks and ensure consistency across similar meetings. This article will guide you through how to create a workflow directly from your meeting page in Tactiq.

When to create a workflow from a meeting

If you recognize a pattern in your meetings that could benefit from automated processes, such as summarizing notes or assigning tasks, setting up a workflow allows you to save time and effort in the future.

For example, if you’re an HR manager or recruiter, after completing a meeting with a candidate, you might realize you will need a similar structure for other candidates. You can create a workflow that generates a summary highlighting strengths and weaknesses, formatted according to your needs.

How to create a workflow from a meeting

  • You can also create a workflow directly from the meeting page.

  • Go to your meeting list in Tactiq and click on a specific meeting to open it.

  • On the upper right-hand side, click Workflow library. In the workflow library, you can either build a workflow from scratch or use a workflow template.

The same options for naming and building your workflow will be available which you can customize it as needed.
