Sharing workflows in Tactiq allows you to streamline collaboration by enabling others to access and adapt your processes. This article will guide you through sharing a workflow link and explain why this feature is essential for seamless teamwork.

Sharing a workflow using a link

  • Open My Workflows in Tactiq, then select the workflow you want to share from the list.

  • Click Share from the workflow builder page and under Workflow Access, click Copy Link to Share.

  • Paste the copied link into a message or email to share it with your teammate or collaborator.

Select 'My Workflows' in Tactiq, then click 'Share' at the upper right-hand side of the page to access the workflow sharing options and copy the link to share the workflow.

💡 Note: The chain-link Share icon also allows you to copy the workflow link directly.
