By default, workflows in Tactiq are shared with your team, enabling seamless collaboration. However, you can manage these sharing settings to control who can access or edit your workflows. This article explains how to adjust these permissions.
Manage workflow sharing settings
Go to your Tactiq dashboard and navigate to
My Workflows
then select the workflow you want to manage.
Click
Share
on the workflow builder page. UnderWorkflow Access
, choose one of the following options:Duplicate and Run (default)
: Allows team members to duplicate, edit, and run the workflow.No Access
: Restricts the workflow from being visible to your team.
After updating the settings, click
Close
to save your changes.
