By default, workflows in Tactiq are shared with your team, enabling seamless collaboration. However, you can manage these sharing settings to control who can access or edit your workflows. This article explains how to adjust these permissions.
Manage workflow sharing settings
- Go to your Tactiq dashboard and navigate to - My Workflowsthen select the workflow you want to manage.
- Click - Shareon the workflow builder page. Under- Workflow Access, choose one of the following options:- Duplicate and Run (default): Allows team members to duplicate, edit, and run the workflow.
- No Access: Restricts the workflow from being visible to your team.
 
- After updating the settings, click - Closeto save your changes.
