Seats allow you to upgrade team members from the Free plan to the Team plan. Purchasing additional seats ensures that your team has access to the collaboration and productivity tools in the Team plan.

How to get seats in bulk
Purchasing multiple seats for your Tactiq Team plan is an efficient way to quickly scale your team. Whether you’re upgrading from a free plan or expanding your current Team plan, this section will guide you through the steps to add several seats at once.
If you're on a Free plan without a Team subscription
Go to the Tactiq dashboard and navigate to
Account & Settings. UnderTeam, clickBuy Multiple Seats.
You'll see specific options to purchase seats in 5, 10, 25, or 50+ seat increments.
Choose between monthly or annual billing cycles and the price will adjust based on your selected billing cycle.
Click
Buy nowto proceed. You will be redirected to a Stripe page to enter your credit card information securely.
After entering your payment details, click
Subscribe. Review the order summary to ensure everything is correct, then clickConfirmto finalize the purchase.
If you’re already on a Team plan
Go to the Tactiq dashboard and select
Account & SettingsthenTeam. UnderTeam, click onBuy multiple seats.From the
Total Seatsdrop-down, select the number of seats you want to purchase.For example, if you have 5 members and need to add 5 more, select 10 seats.
The system will show you how many new members you can add based on the seats you’ve purchased.
Select
Confirmto complete the purchase.
How to get single seats
If you need to add a single seat to your Team plan, whether you're on a Free plan or an existing Team plan, follow these simple steps to get started.
If you're on the Free plan and only need one seat
Upgrade to the Team plan instead of purchasing seats in bulk increments. The Team plan allows you to start with a single seat and add more seats as needed.

If you already have a Team plan
Go to the Tactiq dashboard and select
Account & Settings, thenTeam. UnderTeam, click onBuy multiple seats.
From the
Total Seatsdrop-down, select the number of seats you want to add.
For example, if you have 1 member and need to add 1 more, select 2 seats. The system will show you how many new members you can add based on the seats you’ve purchased.
Select
Confirmto complete the purchase.
