Seats allow you to upgrade team members from the Free plan to the Team plan. Purchasing additional seats ensures that your team has access to the collaboration and productivity tools in the Team plan.
This article explains how to find the purchase option and buy additional seats for your team.
How to get seats
Go to the Tactiq dashboard and navigate to
Account & Settings. UnderTeam, clickBuy Multiple Seats.
If you're on a Free plan without a Team subscription, you'll see specific options to purchase seats in 5, 10, 25, or 50+ seat increments. When purchasing, you can choose between monthly or annual billing cycles and the price will adjust based on your selected billing cycle.
If you already have a Team plan and want to add more seats, you'll get a dropdown to select the total number of seats you need.
Click
Buy nowto proceed. You will be redirected to a Stripe page to enter your credit card information securely.
After entering your payment details, click
Subscribe. Review the order summary to ensure everything is correct, then clickConfirmto finalize the purchase.
