Upgrading to the Tactiq Team plan provides unlimited meetings and AI credits for both individuals and teams.
If you're managing a team of more than two, the plan also includes consolidated billing, simplified license management, and access to advanced compliance features. Here’s a guide on how to upgrade to the Team plan.
Note ❗️: Only team admin can manage upgrades for the team. Each Team plan is for a single user, and pricing is calculated on a per-person basis.
Purchasing Team plan For one person
To upgrade to the Tactiq Team plan as an individual:
Go to
Account & Settings
in your sidebar and clickBilling
.Select your preferred billing interval—Monthly or Yearly— and click
Upgrade Now
to upgrade to Team plan.
After clicking
Upgrade Now
, you will be redirected to the checkout page to complete your payment through Stripe.
Once the payment is successfully processed, your plan details will automatically update on the Billing
page.
Notes 📝:
You can only pay for the Team plan using a debit or credit card.
Purchasing Team plan For more than one person
You can purchase a custom number of Team plans or choose from bulk options of 5, 10, or 25 seats.
If you are purchasing a custom number of Team plans, follow these steps:
Follow the steps for a single user until you reach the checkout page.
On the checkout page, locate the dropdown menu to adjust the number of seats.
Select the number of seats you need, and complete the payment process through Stripe.
If you are purchasing a bulk number of Team plans, in 5, 10, or 25 seats, follow these steps:
Go to
Teams
page, and at the top right hand corner, clickBuy multiple seats

A window will pop up where you can select your preferred billing interval—Monthly or Yearly— Select the number of seats (5, 10, or 25), and click
Buy Now
.
Notes:
Pricing is $20 per seat per month or $200 per seat per year. There's no instalment for the yearly plan.
Bulk seat purchases display the total cost automatically.
