Upgrading to the Tactiq Team plan gives you access to unlimited meetings, AI credits, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
This article is important if you're looking to expand your team's capabilities, collaborate seamlessly, or take advantage of unlimited transcriptions and unlimited AI credits.
Follow these instructions when you're ready to upgrade your individual or team plan.
For one person
To upgrade to the Tactiq Team plan as an individual:
Go to
Account & Settings
in your sidebar and clickBilling
.Choose
Team plan
and toggle betweenMonthly
orYearly
to select your billing interval.
Click
Upgrade Now
to be redirected to the checkout page and complete the payment process through Stripe. Once done, your plan details will be updated on theBilling
page.
Notes:
Payments are only accepted via debit card or credit card.
Pricing is calculated per person.
Only the team admin can manage upgrades.
For two or more people
Managing a team often requires purchasing multiple seats to accommodate your members. This section explains how to upgrade your Tactiq Team plan, whether you need a fixed number of seats or a custom amount.
Buying a fixed number of seats (5, 10, or 25)
Go to the
Teams
page and clickBuy multiple seats
then select the number of seats (5, 10, or 25) and toggle betweenMonthly
orYearly
to view the total cost.
Click
Buy Now
to proceed to checkout and complete the payment through Stripe.
Buying a custom number of seats
Go to
Account & Settings
in your sidebar and clickBilling
.
Choose the
Team plan
and clickUpgrade Now
.
On the checkout page, adjust the number of seats using the dropdown menu then complete the payment process through Stripe to finalize the upgrade.
Notes:
Pricing is $20 per seat per month or $200 per seat per year.
Bulk seat purchases display the total cost automatically.
