How to upgrade to the Tactiq Team plan

Learn how to upgrade your account to the Tactiq Team plan for unlimited meetings, AI credits, and team billing.

To upgrade to the Tactiq Team plan, go to Account & Settings > Billing, select your billing interval, and complete the checkout through Stripe.

How to upgrade as an individual

  • Go to Account & Settings in the sidebar and click Billing.

  • Choose a billing interval: Monthly or Yearly.

  • Click Upgrade Now to begin the upgrade process.

  • You’ll be redirected to Stripe or PayPal to complete the payment.



    Once payment is successful, your plan details will update on the Billing page.

💡 Note: For the Pro plan, you can pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card.

For the Team plan, only debit or credit card payments are accepted.

How to upgrade for multiple users

If you're managing a team, you can purchase seats individually or in bulk.

Purchase a custom number of seats

  • Follow the individual upgrade steps until you reach the checkout page.

  • Use the dropdown on the checkout page to adjust the number of seats.

  • Complete the payment through Stripe.

Purchase bulk seats (5, 10, or 25)

  • Go to the Teams page and click Buy multiple seats in the top-right corner.

  • In the pop-up, choose a billing interval (Monthly or Annual) and seat quantity (5, 10, or 25).

  • Click Buy Now to proceed with Stripe payment.

💡 Notes:

  • Only team admins can manage upgrades.

  • Each Team plan is priced per user: $20/month or $200/year (no installments).

  • Bulk purchases show the total price automatically.
