When you run a recurring meeting—such as a one-on-one—and use one of Tactiq’s quick AI prompts (like Summary and Action items, ✨ Detailed summary with citation, ✨ Detailed summary), Tactiq detects the recurring nature of the meeting and gives you the option to automate it.

This helps streamline repetitive tasks like generating summaries or sending follow-ups. For example, after a few weekly one-on-ones, you'll see the option to automate these tasks using workflows directly from the transcript.

AI Tools section and prompt recognition

  • After using a quick prompt like Summary and Action items, Tactiq recognizes the meeting as part of a recurring series.

  • When this happens, you'll see the Automate with Workflows button appear next to the AI summary output.

  • This option helps you quickly set up automation for similar future meetings.

How to use the automate with workflows button

  • Click the Automate with Workflows button that appears under the AI summary in your transcript.

  • You'll be taken to the workflow setup page, where you can:

    • Choose conditions that define the recurring meeting (e.g., meeting title or participant).

    • Select the prompt (like Summary and Action items) to run automatically.

    • Decide what to do with the results (e.g., save to a Tactiq space, send via email, or share to Slack).

💡 Note: You can edit the name of the workflow step or adjust conditions anytime later in the My Workflows section.

By recognizing recurring meetings and offering quick automation, Tactiq saves you time and ensures consistency in meeting documentation. Use the Automate with Workflows button to make the most of your recurring meetings.
