Tactiq’s search feature helps you quickly locate specific meetings, participants, or transcripts across all your workspaces. Unlike in-meeting search, which only works inside a single meeting, the search panel allows you to explore full transcript content, titles, and metadata from all your meetings.

This article explains how to use the search panel, filters, view modes, and sorting options.

Search overview

You can access the search feature from the main navigation menu by clicking on Search. This opens a dedicated page where you can:

  • Enter keywords, participants, labels, or other terms in the search bar.

  • Choose a view: Timeline or Summaries.

  • Apply filters to narrow your results.

  • Sort results by relevance, date, or order.

💡 Note: Key differences from in-meeting search

  • Global search spans all meetings and spaces, not just one.

  • Transcript content is fully searchable, not just titles or summaries.

  • Filters, summaries, and sort options offer faster browsing and discovery.

View options

After performing a search, you can switch between two display modes:

  • Timeline: Lists meetings in chronological order.

  • Summaries: Shows meeting summaries (if available) so you can preview the content before opening the full transcript.

💡 Note: If a meeting has an AI-generated summary, it will be shown in the result preview.

Filter options

Click the Filter button to apply filters to your search results. You can filter by:

Filter

Date

Owner

💡 Note: Multiple filters can be applied together to refine your results even further.

Sort options

Use the Sort menu to choose how search results are ordered:

  • Newest first: Shows the most recent meetings at the top.

  • Oldest first: Displays the earliest meetings first.

Tactiq’s search feature gives you powerful tools to find what you need across all meetings.

Whether you’re looking for a specific discussion, a tagged meeting, or a transcript where AI was used, the combination of views, filters, and sort options ensures efficient access to your content.
