You can add a short personal description in the Your Personal Context for AI Prompts field. This gives Tactiq AI extra context about who you are and how you use it, so summaries, insights, and AI-generated messages better match your role and meeting style.
How to add your personal context
Go to
Account & Settings>Settings.
Click the
AItab at the top of the page.
Scroll to
Your Personal Context for AI Prompts.
In the text box, describe yourself or how you typically use Tactiq.
Example: I’m Alex from the marketing team. I use Tactiq to identify action items, summarize key campaign discussions, and highlight creative ideas shared during brainstorming sessions.
How it helps the AI
When you add personal context, Tactiq AI can:
Focus on the kind of insights you care about (e.g., action items, takeaways, or next steps).
Adjust tone and language to fit your communication style.
Use relevant terms your team naturally uses in meetings.
Deliver responses that sound more aligned with your role and priorities.
📌 Note: Be specific but concise—mention your role, goals, and how you use Tactiq. The clearer your context, the more tailored your AI responses will be.
Your personal context is private and only influences your AI outputs; it’s not visible to teammates or shared in transcripts.
