Custom AI Kits in Tactiq let you store frequently used AI prompts, saving time and ensuring consistency. Instead of typing or pasting long instructions every time, you can access your saved prompts quickly.

This is useful for professionals who rely on AI for recurring tasks, such as HR managers analyzing candidates or sales teams reviewing customer interactions.

Create a new AI Kit

  • Go to the Tactiq dashboard and click AI Tools to find AI Meeting Kits.

  • Click Create Kit to open the My Meeting Kit section.

  • Click Edit to set the Icon, Name, and Description, then click Save.

Add prompts to your AI Kit

  • In the My Meeting Kit section, click Add a prompt.

  • Type your question or command for the AI, then click Save.

  • Your prompt will now be listed inside the kit.

📌 Note: You can also create an AI meeting kit directly from a transcript. Click View More and select Add New Kit at the bottom of the list.

Access your AI Kits during meetings

  • Go to My Meetings and open the meeting transcript.

  • Click View all AI prompts to see your saved AI Kits.

  • Select the kit and choose a prompt to run it in the meeting.

When to use a custom AI Kit

Use an AI Kit when you want to:

  • Save time and avoid retyping long prompts

  • Keep AI results consistent across multiple sessions or team members

  • Connect prompts with workflows (for example, in the step AI: Use a quick prompt, you can select from your AI Kits)

  • Quickly apply saved prompts during or after meetings

For simple one-off questions, just use a direct prompt instead of creating a kit.

Saving AI prompts during a meeting

  • Enter your prompt into the Or ask Tactiq anything about the meeting box under AI Tools, then click Ask.

  • From the AI result, click Save to add the prompt into a kit.

  • Choose to create a new kit or add it to an existing one, then click Save.
