You can adjust AI-related options from the AI tab in Settings to make Tactiq work better for your workflows and team needs.
How to access the AI tab
Go to the
Account & Settings> Settings.
Click on the
AItab at the top.
Enable AI features (Large Language Models)
Turn on Enable AI features (Large Language Models) to access AI-generated summaries, Meeting Kits, and more.
AI-generated content language
Choose the default language for AI-generated output. You can set it to match the meeting's language (Meeting Language) or pick a specific language.
Your Personal Context for AI Prompts
Add extra context about yourself in Your Personal Context for AI Prompts. This helps Tactiq tailor AI outputs more accurately for you.
Example: My name is John (he/him). I work in the product team at Tactiq.

Why are my summaries in a different language than my meeting?
Why are my summaries in a different language than my meeting?
If your meeting is in one language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French) but your Summary and Actions are generated in a different language, it’s worth double-checking your language settings to make sure everything is aligned.
Tactiq generates summaries based on your AI-generated content language setting, which can be different from the transcription language.
To rule out any mismatches, please make sure that:
Your AI-generated content language is set to your preferred language in Settings
The correct spoken language is selected in the Tactiq widget during the meeting
If everything looks correct and your summaries are still generated in a different language, please contact support so we can take a closer look.
