Overview
Tactiq's referral program rewards you for inviting new users to the platform.
For each successful referral, you'll receive:
5 free meeting credits
1 AI credit
Note: To qualify, the invited person must be a new Tactiq user and create their account through your referral link.
Invite Someone to Tactiq
You can invite someone in two ways:
Invite by email – Enter their email address and click Invite. Tactiq will send them an invitation email.
Share a referral link – Click Create a Link and share your unique referral link directly with them.
How to check Your Referral Status
To see the status of your referrals:
Go to: https://app.tactiq.io/invite. Review your referral list.
Your referral may appear as:
Pending – The invitation was sent, but the referral has not yet been completed.
Accepted – The referral was successfully completed.
Troubleshoot Missing Referral Credits
If you believe your referral should have counted:
Check whether the referral appears under
PendingorAccepted.Confirm which email address the invited user used to create their Tactiq account.
Ask the invited user to open Tactiq and verify the email address shown in the bottom-left corner of their dashboard.
Contact Support
If you've completed the steps above and still haven't received your referral reward, contact Tactiq Support and include:
Your email address
The invited user's email address
A screenshot of your referral page
Any relevant screenshots from the invited user's account that shows their email address after creating their Tactiq account.
