Open the Support window in your Tactiq dashboard
If you need direct assistance, you can reach out to support through the support window in the bottom right-hand corner of your Tactiq dashboard. Here’s what you’ll find when you open chat:

A banner displays the current system status to inform you if all systems are operational or if there are known issues.
