If you’re on a free plan and running low on meeting credits, you can recover credits by deleting old transcripts. This helps you manage your credits better.

How to delete transcripts to get credits back

  • Log in to your Tactiq dashboard and check your usage in the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard. You will see your usage, indicating how many credits you’ve used and your remaining credits.

  • Go to My Meetings and choose the transcript you want to delete, click Archive, then delete the transcript from Archive.

Deleting a transcript will recover 1 meeting credit for each transcript deleted, allowing you to use the credit again.

Check out How to delete a meeting transcript in Tactiq for instructions on how to delete transcripts during or after a meeting.

Note: Meetings less than 5 minutes in length do not use up your meeting credits if you're on the free plan.
