Use AI Credits to tap into Tactiq's AI functionalities for your meeting transcripts. Think of credits like tokens that you exchange for services.
Use your AI credits on pre-built prompts to get summaries, identify action items, or capture key decisions discussed in the meeting.
With your AI credits, you can go beyond basic prompts with Meeting Kits to analyze meeting types (e.g., brainstorming sessions and project updates).
How AI Credits Work
Every time you use an AI feature on a transcript, you consume 1 AI Credit. This means that whether you use one or more Quick prompts for a detailed analysis in the same transcription, it counts as 1 AI Credit used.
How Many Credits to Receive
Tactiq offers different AI Credit tiers depending on your plan.

Check your AI Credits Usage
You can check the current month's AI credit usage under Account Settings > Billing.
AI Credits renew each month based on the plan’s initial billing or for free plans, on the sign-up date.
💡 For example, if the plan started on the 17th of the month, the credits would renew on the 17th of each month.
What Happens When Your AI Credits Run Out?
If all AI credits are spent, you will not be able to use any AI features. You can still access your meeting transcripts, but any AI features will not be available until your credits refresh.
If you have run out of credits, you can switch to a plan with more AI credits.
