Access your Tactiq payment invoices

Managing your billing information is crucial for keeping track of your expenses and ensuring a smooth experience with our services. This guide will walk you through the steps to download your billing invoices easily.

Accessing or downloading your past invoices

  • Log in to your Tactiq account and go to Account Settings > Billing.

  • Scroll down to Billing actions and click View past invoices.

  • Go to Invoice History and select the invoice you want to download.

  • Click the Download invoice or Download receipt to download.

Notes

  • Free Plan: If you were previously on a paid subscription but have switched to a free plan and need access to your past invoices, reach out to our support team at support. We will assist you in retrieving your historical invoices.

  • Pro Plan: Follow the steps above.

  • Team Plan: Only Admin or Billing roles can access invoices.
    If you would like to have your information on the invoice changed or updated, contact support.

FAQs


Why aren't I getting emailed invoices?

We don't send email invoices at this time. However, you can download PDF versions of your invoices by going to our billing page.

I have updated my billing information. Why aren't my past invoices updated?

Invoices already issued cannot be changed or updated. The changes you make to your billing information will only apply to future invoices. If you would like to have your information on the past invoice changed or updated, contact support.
