Accessing or downloading your past invoices
Log in to your Tactiq account and go to
Account Settings
>Billing
.Scroll down to
Billing actions
and clickView past invoices
.Go to
Invoice History
and select the invoice you want to download.Click the
Download invoice
orDownload receipt
to download.
Notes
Free Plan: If you were previously on a paid subscription but have switched to a free plan and need access to your past invoices, reach out to our support team at support. We will assist you in retrieving your historical invoices.
Pro Plan: Follow the steps above.
Team Plan: Only Admin or Billing roles can access invoices.

We don't send email invoices at this time. However, you can download PDF versions of your invoices by going to our billing page.
