This guide will show you how to update your billing address in your payment settings. Keeping this information current helps ensure smooth transactions and is essential for accurate accounting and record-keeping.
Access the payment settings
Go to the Tactiq dashboard then navigate to
Account & Settings
>Billing
.
On the
Billing
page, scroll down toBilling Actions
then selectUpdate billing details or payment method
. You will be directed to a Stripe page.
Note: For Tactiq teams, the Admin manages the billing address for the entire team except for Pro Plan Users.
Update your billing information
On the Stripe page, locate the
Billing Information
section then selectUpdate Information
.
Enter your new billing address as it should appear on invoices then click
Save
to update your information.
Note: After saving, the updated address will appear on future invoices. Past invoices will not be updated retroactively. If you need older invoices updated with your new address, please contact our support team for assistance.

Individual Pro User: If you're an individual Pro user not part of a team, you can update your billing address.
Pro User within a Tactiq team: As a Pro user within a team, you cannot change your billing address. The Admin manages billing information at the team level. Contact support if you need assistance.
