Upgrade to Tactiq Teams to get unlimited access to meetings and AI credits. It is also designed perfectly for teams of more than 2 people to share and collaborate on the transcription.

Upgrading your plan to Team

For 1 person:

Go to Account & Settings in your sidebar, and click Billing, you will see the options to upgrade to the Team plan.
Toggle between Monthly or Yearly to select what your billing interval is.

Click Upgrade Now, and you will then be redirected to our checkout page. If you have selected a monthly billing interval, you can select your preferred billing interval here.

Once we've processed your payment, you will see a summary of your plan details on your Billing page.

Note:

Currently, we only offer card payment for the Team plan.
You can pay using a debit or credit card, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Link, or PayPal. Tactiq uses Stripe to process payments.
Pricing for the Team plan is per person.
Only the admin can manage the upgrading and downgrading of plans.

For 2 or more people

Buying a fixed multiple number of seats - 5, 10, 25 seats

If you're looking to buy multiple seats in 5, 10, or 25 seats, and you're currently on a free plan:

Go to Teams page, and click Buy multiple seats, a window will pop up to show you the options of the number of seats you can purchase in bulk.
Toggling between the monthly and annual options will also display the total amount you'll need to pay.

Click Buy now, and you will then be redirected to our checkout page. Here, you can select your preferred billing interval (monthly or annual) and pay using the card method.

Note: For example: If you buy 5 seats and toggle the options to Annual, your checkout page will automatically display the total pricing for 5 seats - US$1000/Year.

Buying in multiple seats

If you're not looking to buy a fixed number of seats in multiple of 5, 10, or 25 seats, you can change the number of seats when you check out.

Go to Account & Settings in your sidebar, and click Billing, you will see the options to upgrade to the Team plan.
Toggle between Monthly or Yearly to select what your billing interval is.

Click Upgrade Now, and you will then be redirected to our checkout page. You can change the number of subscriptions by clicking on the drop-down menu and adjusting the number of Team seats you need to purchase.

Downgrading your Team plan

You can upgrade your plan whenever you want, and it's the same if you choose to downgrade.

For 1 person

To downgrade your Team plan to Pro -

Go to your Billing page in your sidebar, and scroll down to the section Billing Actions, and click Downgrade to Pro plan to downgrade your plan. This downgrade will take effect immediately.

To downgrade your Team plan to Free -

Go to your Billing page in your sidebar, and scroll down to the section Billing Actions, and click Cancel the subscription to downgrade your plan. The downgrade will only take place after the billing period ends.

For 2 or more person

To downsize the number of Team plans -

Go to the Billing page, and click change team size
or go to Teams page, and click Buy multiple seats to change the number of team plans.

To downgrade your Team plan to Free -

Go to your Billing page in your sidebar, and scroll down to the section Billing Actions, and click Cancel the subscription to downgrade your plan. The downgrade will only take place after the billing period ends.

Note: Only a team with 1 person can downgrade their plan to Pro.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is pricing calculated for Team Plan

If you upgrade your plan to one of our Team plans, you will be charged a fee per user. The price per user is USD$20 for monthly billing, or USD$200 for annual billing.

Can I upgrade to a Team plan if I am not an admin?

You can ask to request an upgrade to the Team plan next to your profile in the Team page. Only Team Admin or Billing Admin can help manage the team's subscription.
