If you log in to Tactiq using Google SSO and have recently changed your email alias (e.g., from [email protected]
to [email protected]
) within the same Google Workspace domain, you can continue to access your meetings without any issues.
Since both email addresses are under the same Google Workspace domain, you can log in with your new email alias using the same Google SSO method.
There’s no need to create a new account or use a magic link, as we recognize your email address change.
Access your meeting transcripts with a new email alias
Go to the Tactiq sign-in page and click on
Continue with Google
.
Choose your account or if needed, select
Use another account
and enter your updated email address.
You will find your meetings and transcripts on the dashboard.
