As an admin, you can assign or revoke seats, invite new users, and monitor seat usage on the Team & Billing dashboard.
After signing in, to access the Team dashboard, head to the sidebar on the left, click on Accounts & Settings
-> Team
.
Note❗️: Only Admin will be able to manage licenses on an Enterprise Plan.
How to assign a Team Enterprise Seat
To assign a Team Enterprise Seat to users, click on Upgrade to Team
. This action will provision a license for the designated user, upgrading them to have unlimited meeting transcriptions + AI credits.
Users also have the ability to request additional licenses, which will trigger an automated email notification sent to your inbox.
Upon receiving the request, you can review the details and, if appropriate, approve the upgrade by clicking the Approve
button within the platform.
How to revoke a Team Enterprise Seat
To revoke a Team Enterprise Seat from a user, first locate the user within the Team. You can also quick search the user using the search field.
Once the user is identified, click on the three-dot icon next to their name and select
Downgrade to Free
. This action will immediately revoke their Team Enterprise Seat, returning the license to your available pool.
Note❗️: Once the user is downgraded to free, they will then have restricted number of meeting credits and AI credits.
How to transfer Team Enterprise Plan to other users
You can also transfer unused or underutilized licenses, so that it is allocated to the right users.
To transfer a Team Enterprise Seat from a user, first locate the user that you wish to remove the licenses from within the Team.
Once the user is identified, click on the three-dot icon next to their name and select
Transfer seat to another member
.
You will then be prompted to select the user to whom you want to assign the seat.
Once you have selected the user, the license will be transferred immediately to them.
Note❗️ : This action will immediately revoke the previous user's Team Enterprise Seat, and downgrade them to free.
How to remove users from the Team
If an employee leaves the company, and you need to make sure to remove them from the team to ensure compliance and security,
First locate the user within the Team. You can also quick search the user using the search field.
Once the user is identified, click on the three-dot icon next to their name and select
Remove from Team
.
