How to Install the Tactiq Zoom App
To install Tactiq for Zoom, visit our listing on the Zoom Marketplace.
How to Turn On the Tactiq Zoom App During a Call
Navigate into Zoom apps settings in your account (Zoom → Settings → Apps).
Use the following settings to ensure Tactiq Sidebar starts automatically in your meetings:

Once the Tactiq Zoom App is installed and enabled, you’ll see the Tactiq sidebar in Zoom showing that it’s ready to transcribe. From here, you can:
Start your next meeting and Tactiq will begin transcribing automatically.
View past transcripts directly from the sidebar.
Access key features such as auto-start transcription, real-time AI summaries, and a searchable meeting history.
What you’ll see during a meeting
When a Zoom meeting begins, the Tactiq sidebar will switch to live transcription mode. This view includes:
A real-time transcription display with a live timer.
An option to generate an AI-powered summary of the meeting.
Access to the full transcript as it’s being captured.
