The Tactiq Zoom App makes it easier to capture, view, and manage your meeting transcripts directly in Zoom. With the Tactiq sidebar, you’ll have real-time access to transcription tools, helping you stay organized and keep track of important points without switching between apps.

How to Turn On the Tactiq Zoom App During a Call

Navigate into Zoom apps settings in your account (ZoomSettingsApps).

Use the following settings to ensure Tactiq Sidebar starts automatically in your meetings:

What you’ll see after setup

Once the Tactiq Zoom App is installed and enabled, you’ll see the Tactiq sidebar in Zoom showing that it’s ready to transcribe. From here, you can:

Start your next meeting and Tactiq will begin transcribing automatically.

View past transcripts directly from the sidebar.

Access key features such as auto-start transcription, real-time AI summaries, and a searchable meeting history.

What you’ll see during a meeting

When a Zoom meeting begins, the Tactiq sidebar will switch to live transcription mode. This view includes:

A real-time transcription display with a live timer.

An option to generate an AI-powered summary of the meeting.

Access to the full transcript as it’s being captured.
