Ask AI helps you analyze one or multiple meetings at the same time so you can understand key points, decisions, and trends faster.

Ask AI is available on the Team plan, and you can select up to 10 meeting transcriptions at a time.

Why use Ask AI

Tactiq already helps you turn meeting transcripts into clear, organized notes. Ask AI goes further by letting you:

  • Analyze multiple meetings together to identify trends and repeated topics

  • Find action items or blockers discussed across several meetings

  • Create summaries focused on specific people or topics

  • Prepare project updates or reports using insights from more than one meeting

How to access Ask AI

You can start Ask AI in two ways:

  • Go to My Meetings, select one or more meetings using the checkboxes, then click Ask AI.

  • Click AI Chat on the left panel, click Add Meetings, select meetings, then start chatting. Once meetings are selected, the chat box becomes active.

How to use the Ask AI chat panel

After selecting meetings, you can:

  • Type any question directly in the chat box

  • Use quick action buttons: Summary, Action items, Key insights, Follow-up prep

  • Click Ask to get your results

You can keep asking follow-up questions in the same thread.

Viewing past AI chats

Ask AI saves your chats so you can review or continue them later.

  • In My Meetings, after you start a chat (for example, with two or more meetings selected), click Past AI Chats at the top-right of the panel.
This opens a list of your previous conversations.

  • In AI Chat, your chat history appears on the left under AI Chat History. You can search and select any past session.
