Ask AI is an interactive, chat-based assistant that helps you explore your meeting transcripts. You can ask follow-up questions, use pre-set prompts like Summary or Action items, and analyze one or several meetings at once—all from a resizable, conversational window.
Whether you're reviewing interviews, standups, or long project calls, Ask AI gives you a faster way to get the key insights without reading every word.
How to open Ask AI
You can access Ask AI from the My Meetings
page in two ways:
Click the
Ask AI
button in the top right (appears once you select at least one meeting)Use the
Ask AI for insights
button that appears at the bottom after selecting a meeting
You only need to select one meeting to use Ask AI, but you can select multiple if you want to analyze them together.
What the Ask AI chat window can do
When you open Ask AI, a chat window appears on the right side of your screen. This is where the interaction happens. Inside the chat window, you can:
Ask your own questions by typing directly into the message box
Use quick actions like
Summary

Scroll through visible history to see your full conversation, including previous replies and follow-ups
Access past AI chats via the
Past AI Chats
dropdown menu
Resize the window by clicking and dragging its edges—make it bigger or smaller as needed
The chat works just like a real conversation. You can keep asking related questions without starting over.
Using Ask AI with one meeting
If you select a single meeting, Ask AI will analyze just that transcript. This is great when you:

Using Ask AI with multiple meetings
When you select multiple meetings, Ask AI combines the content and analyzes them together. This is useful for:
