Tactiq’s Global Meeting Search makes it easy to search across all your meetings—from transcripts and summaries to participants and labels. It supports full transcript search and offers flexible views, filters, and sort options to help you quickly find what you need.

How to access Global Meeting Search

You can access Global Meeting Search from the main navigation menu by clicking on Search. This opens a dedicated page where you can:

  • Enter keywords, participants, labels, or other terms in the search bar

  • Choose a view: Timeline or Summaries

  • Apply filters to narrow your results

  • Sort results by relevance, date, or order

You can also use the search bar in the My Meetings tab. It redirects to the Global Meeting Search page with the same filters, sorting, and view options.

How Timeline and Summaries views work

After performing a search, you can switch between two display modes: Timeline and Summaries.

Timeline view

The Timeline view lists meetings in chronological order by default. This view is helpful when tracking how a topic has come up over time

  • Search results here show full meetings with their date and time

  • You can change the sorting using the Sort by menu to reorder by Newest, Oldest etc

Summaries view

The Summaries view shows a searchable list of meetings with summary options.

This view is especially useful when you're scanning multiple meetings and want quick insights

  • Search results in this view are sorted based on your selected option (e.g., Relevance, Newest, Oldest)

  • You can generate a summary for any listed meeting by clicking Generate summary directly from the search results

💡 Notes:

  • If a meeting already has an AI-generated summary, it will appear in the result preview

  • You can use the Generate summary button right from the search result without opening the full transcript
