Quick prompts are ready-made AI options in the Get answers section of any processed meeting. They let you generate a recap, summary, or action items instantly, without writing your own prompt or reviewing the full transcript.
They’re especially useful when you need something fast — a clear update to share, quick notes for a project, or a structured recap between back-to-back meetings.
How it works
Quick prompts appear automatically in the
Get answerssection at the top of any processed meeting.
You’ll see different options depending on the conversation. For example,Short summary,Summary and Action items,Detailed summary, or an agenda-based summary if you used meeting agenda items. To use a quick prompt, open a meeting, choose the option you want, and Tactiq will generate a structured result based on the full transcript (and agenda, if included).
If you prefer the output in another language, you can switch it using the
Language for AI outputsetting before running the prompt.
When it’s useful
Quick prompts are helpful when you need key details fast, without reviewing the full transcript. They turn long meetings into a clear recap you can use immediately.
They’re useful after project discussions or team syncs when you just need decisions or next steps. If your meeting used agenda items, the agenda-based option keeps the recap aligned with what was planned.
Quick prompts also help you keep your meeting notes consistent, even when the topics or formats vary.
Variation to try
If you need more customization than a quick prompt provides, you can switch to a meeting kit or write your own AI prompt using the AI: Write your own prompt option.
This gives you more control over tone, structure, and formatting while still keeping quick prompts available whenever you need them.
