Connect Dropbox to Tactiq

  1. Scroll to the Storage section and find Dropbox

  1. Click Connect to Dropbox and sign in to your Dropbox account when prompted

  2. Click Allow on the permissions screen.

Once connected, Dropbox appears as Connected on the page.

Auto-save after every meeting

From the Dropbox settings page, toggle on Automatically save after meeting. Transcripts start saving to a Tactiq Transcription folder in your Dropbox root automatically.

To save to a different folder, click Select folder under Save location and choose where you want transcripts to land. Click Change at any time to update it.

Save a single meeting manually

Open the meeting in Tactiq, click Share, and select Create a Dropbox document. The transcript saves immediately to your chosen folder. To find the document, you can scroll down in the meeting transcription, and open it from there.

Disconnect Dropbox

Go to Account & Settings → Integrations → Dropbox and click Disconnect.

Frequently Asked Question

Do I need to set a folder for auto-save to work?

No. If you don't pick a folder, Tactiq automatically saves to a Tactiq Transcription folder it creates in the root of your Dropbox. Use Save location if you want transcripts to land somewhere else.
