How do I change my email address?

Sometimes you may need to update the email address associated with your Tactiq account. While you can’t directly change your email address inside Tactiq, there are a few simple workarounds depending on whether you want to keep your meetings, your subscription, or both.

Move your meetings to another account

If you have already recorded meetings with your old email address and want to keep them under your new one, you can transfer those meetings to your new account.

💡 Note: This is helpful when you want to preserve your meeting history but start using a new login going forward.

Move your subscription to another account

If you want to transfer your Tactiq subscription to a new email address—for example, to update your billing info or unify your login—you can do that too.

💡 Note: Your subscription and billing history will move to the new email once the change is complete.

Sign out and sign in with a different email

If you're signed into Tactiq with the wrong email address, you can simply log out and sign back in using the correct one.

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Sign out.

  • On the login page, sign in with the correct email address.

💡 Note: This is useful if you're switching between multiple accounts or have accidentally logged in with the wrong one.
