Sometimes, you might need to manually inform attendees that you are transcribing the meeting if you forgot to notify them at the start of the meeting or if the automatic notification didn’t go through.
To notify attendees that you are transcribing the meeting and address any privacy concerns, follow these steps:
Maximize the Tactiq widget by clicking the cloud icon, if it's minimized.
Click on the shield icon for privacy info

Select
Notify in chat.
This will send a notification in the chat window of the meeting platform, letting everyone know that the meeting is being transcribed.
