How to notify meeting attendees you're transcribing with Tactiq

Learn how to automatically inform others in the meeting that Tactiq is being used to transcribe the meeting.

Tactiq can send a short message in the meeting chat to let attendees know that transcription is happening.

How to turn on automatic meeting notifications

  • Open Settings → General in Tactiq. You can also find it in the sidebar under Account & Settings → Settings.

  • Scroll to the Transcription Notification section.

  • Turn the setting on.

💡 Note: When enabled, Tactiq will send a one-time message at the start of each meeting that says: Tactiq is being used to transcribe and take meeting notes.
