How to set-up Tactiq's Quip integration to save/share Tactiq in quip

Practically live in Quip for all your meeting info? This is for you 🙏

Automatically save meeting participants, duration, highlights and transcriptions in Quip (for yourself or the team). It's as easy as:

a) Setting up the integration with a few clicks.

b) Clicking to share the transcription to Quip for your or team members

Set-up the Quip integration

  1. Head to and login to your Tactiq account

  2. Go to the integrations page

  3. Click on Quip, then click +connect, then Get Quip API token

  4. A Quip window will pop-up to generate a Quip Access API token. In this popup click Get Personal Access Token then copy (ctrl + c) this token

  5. Paste token (ctrl + v) back into Tactiq (here) & click save. Now your Tactiq is connected and can save to a private folder in Quip (/private/Tactiq).

Share a transcription or highlights to a Quip doc

  1. In the Google Meet, open the Tactiq widget and click the share button

  2. Select what you want to share from: Meeting details, Highlights, Transcript. Then click create a page in Quip (your Quip integration must be connected first or you'll be asked to set this up)

  3. Success! Click open to go to the doc in Quip, or you can access the doc in your Quip under '/Private/Tactiq' and share however you like 😎
